The professional medical consultation will be individually performed at your visit at Opera Clinic in 10 Harley Street, London. Depending on the case, the professional consultation and examination may take up to half an hour hour. The most modern technique of examinations used to diagnose your special concerns and skin condition are all gentle and harmless. We will go through your medical history in detail and listen to your concerns, after which we will undertake a professional medical examination.
Then we will discuss your condition with you and answer any questions that you may have. At the end we will advise you about a treatment plan which is individually available for you as well as provide you with a cost assessment and treatment schedule. The prevention of recurrent disease is important to us and we therefore place high value on follow-up consultations. - Botulinum Toxin (BOTOX®) Treatment for Anti-Wrinkles Therapy
Botulinum Toxin subcutaneous injection is one of the most recommended treatments for wrinkles of the forehead and around the eyes. Botulinum Toxin is a neurotoxic protein, produced by the bacterium Clostridium Botulinum. Treatment with small doses of the toxin is harmless. It is same day, low risk, non-surgical procedure, performed with no anesthesia and minimal to no pain. There is no recovery period needed and the patient may go back home after treatment.
Botulinum Toxin treatments involves injecting a very small amount of the toxin fluid just under the skin of the forehead or around the eyes by using a special fine needle. The muscle of the forehead or around the eyes will temporarily paralyze after a couple of days and stay relaxed for some months. After treatment a harmless temporary bruising may occur around the injected area. The successful result is a fresh and natural outer appearance of the skin and no wrinkles can be seen. During treatment, a small amount of Botulinum Toxin in a very fine specialized needle is injected to localized armpit areas of excessive sweating. The therapy temporarily reduces the production of the armpit sweat glands for some months. After treatment a harmless temporary bruising may occur around the injected area. A follow-up consultation is recommended for possible post-treatment. - Dermal Fillers Treatment
Hyaluronic acid facial dermal filler treatment is a very elegant and modern therapy for filling wrinkles and lines appearing particularly between the nose and corners of the mouth. The effect lasts for several months and because of the natural character of the substance, there is no allergic reaction. The success rate is almost 100%. A follow-up consultation is recommended for possible post-treatment. - Dermaroller Therapy
At our Opera Clinic highly qualified doctors practice natural skin regeneration and scar repair therapy of dermaroller. Dermaroller therapy provides advanced micro-medical skin-needling, a procedure that stimulates the skin to regenerate and repair itself naturally and safely, creating smoother, brighter, healthier, younger-looking skin.
After application of local anaesthetic cream for half an hour the dermalroller is applied on the treated area. The microneedling causes for some seconds minor bleeding. At the end a moisturizer cream and sun block cream will be applied on the treated area. Three to five sessions are recommendet, depending on the skin condition.

In gentle local anaesthesia we will remove humps and bumps in your hands, feet, face or body. This procedure will last no more than fifteen minutes with low risc of any side effects. Follow up consultation is recommendet for review of the wound healing.
- Acne Therapy and Acne Scars Treatment

- Sclerotherapy of Thread Veins
The gold standard treatment of thread veins such as spider veins and reticular veins of the legs, is sclerotherapy. A very fine needle with a small amount of sclerosing fluid is injected into the thread veins. This procedure destroys the veins immediately, and will be gradually reabsorbed by the body. A harmless small inflamed skin reaction may occur around the injection area for some days. The success rate of the therapy is almost 98%. After treatment we will teach you specialized exercising practice of the legs to prevent complications and you will need to wear compression stockings for a maximum of one week.
